Delivery Area:

We currently offer shipping exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to addresses outside of the UK at this time.

Delivery Methods & Costs:

We offer the following delivery options within the UK:

Royal Mail Tracked 48:

Orders under £30: £3.55 flat rate

Orders of £30 and over: FREE

Aims to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 24:

£6.00 flat rate

Aims for next working day delivery after dispatch. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on non working days will be dispatched the next working day.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the Royal Mail website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Important Notes:

Working days are typically Monday to Friday and do not include bank holidays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.

The “next working day delivery” for Tracked 24 is an aim by Royal Mail and not a guarantee.
